Whenever a new drug has been manufactured or is in the research process, clinical trials are conducted. Live humans are used for this exercise which takes place during a clinical research project. Researchers are always working to provide cures and control on a variety of medical conditions. On the other hand, recently developed medicine may need further testing before public consumption commences. The developers would like to recognize its medical capabilities as well as negative effects. Around 20 to 300 participants are used for Phase 2. The key feature of this clinical trials phase is to allow clinical research staff to test for performance. They also establish what dosage would be required for the condition this drug is being manufactured to treat. During Phase 3, volunteers should range from 300 to 3000. This number requires clinical trials to spread to a number of health facilities. Compatibility tests are carried out in comparison with existing medication and a clinical research assessment report tabled. The final phase, number 4, is after adoption of the report. The drug is marketed and final studies are conducted on behavior of the drug if used with others.
